Spotty Bo, earthy tone body with ink splashes on it. When you shake it, you will hear the rainmaker sound just like Bo is singing.
Finally my interview with Sam is published on The Star Weekender!
Thanks to The Star journalist, also my friend, Meili, for the invitation to talk about our work and story.
This is a new try on Bo. Hand drawn scale on Bo with underglaze colours without dipping a layer of shiny transparent glaze. The blue one turned out nicely but the white scaley turned out to be oxidized peach. Both look nice as imagined before firing, they give me a raw and seasoned feel, unplugged, back to basic, natural clay colour with an emboss touch of the scales.
